Cancellations/Reschedules: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
