Refund policy

To reserve your appointment, a $30 deposit is required. This goes toward your service total and the remaining balance is due at checkout.

• If you change your mind, deposits are refundable within 1 business day of booking.
• Need to reschedule? No problem—just give 24 hours’ notice and your deposit will transfer to your new date.
• Same-day cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows mean the deposit is forfeited.
