1. Overview

Welcome to TheSkinWellnessCo. By booking a service, purchasing a gift card, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please review carefully, as they outline the policies that help maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients.

2. Services

TheSkinWellnessCo provides customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and oncology-safe services.
All treatments are performed by a licensed and insured esthetician using professional skincare products such as Dermalogica, PCA Skin, Oncology Spa Solutions, and Circadia.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your total at the time of service.

  • Appointments can be made online at TheSkinWellness.co.

  • Remaining balances are due at the end of your service.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

To respect everyone’s time:

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of TheSkinWellnessCo to ensure fairness to other clients. The full service fee may still apply.

6. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are top priority.

  • Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

  • If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment or recovery, please discuss your care plan with your provider. TheSkinWellnessCo offers Oncology Trained services designed for sensitive skin.

  • Sick clients or those with contagious conditions will be asked to reschedule.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards and promotional offers are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Expiration and use terms will be listed on each promotion or offer.

  • Discounts or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

8. Products & Returns

All skincare product sales are final due to hygiene and safety regulations.
If you experience a reaction, please contact TheSkinWellnessCo within 7 days for product guidance or a potential exchange.

9. Privacy & Communication

Your personal information and client records are kept confidential and used only for professional service purposes.
By subscribing to TheSkinWellnessCo’s email list, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, and exclusive offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability

By receiving a service at TheSkinWellnessCo, you acknowledge that treatments are non-medical and intended for cosmetic and wellness purposes only.
TheSkinWellnessCo is not responsible for adverse reactions if medical history or product allergies are withheld or inaccurate.

11. Right to Refuse Service

TheSkinWellnessCo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Illness

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to follow policy guidelines

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on TheSkinWellness.co. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
